We believe the issues with the freezing is related to our new timers and the need to change your "Chart Update Interval" to a higher value. As such, in version 2713, which was just released, if you start your Sierra Chart software in "Safe Mode" the "Chart Update Interval" will be set to 750 ms. You can then use this be able to access your charts and adjust the Chart Update Interval to where you want it to be. If you can access the Chart Update Interval already, then we recommend making the change to 750 ms first and then adjust your charts from there.
