You are actually not using the Trading Evaluator service. You are just using the internal Trade Simulation Mode, if you are doing a chart replay. If you do not even see any order in the Trade >> Trade Orders Window, see if there is any early rejection occurring and listed in Trade >> Trade Service Log.
