You are specifically asking for an Average Daily Range as a percentage. You can not have a percentage without having something to compare against. Let's say the Average Daily Range of the last 20 days is 37.25. How do we turn that into a percentage without having something to compare it against. If you want the current day's Average True Range in comparison to the 20 day average, then this can be displayed as a percentage, as it is a percentage of the 20 day average. For instance, if the 20 day average is 37.25 and today's Average Daily Range is 20.75, then you would have a percentage of 55.70% (20.75/37.25 * 100).
