HiGuys, Thanks for responding I have attached the chart header with the name, and what esignal calls it. I agree the exchange website is bollocks. 2 new issues, and I will email iq right now, but it appears I can only get an intra day back 6 months. I have tried increasing the days in Data/trade service settings>main settings> max historical intra days to download....I try inputting 300 days but when I go to the actual chart settings it is stuck at 150 days no matter what I put. Second, again this is prob 1q issue is the data feed drops constantly. Literally 15x an hour. It reconnects immediately but all the charts have to reload. Attached is message log snapshot.
