Sierra Chart is only indicating the orders and the state of those orders as provided by the trading service. Please contact your broker about this. However, in 974, which we are releasing in the next few minutes, when you select Trade >> Refresh Trade Data from Service, if Sierra Chart does not receive an update for an order that is listed as Open, or with some other state which is considered "working", it will be immediately internally canceled.
