Is this a 1 tick range chart or a 1 trade per bar chart? In either case, the bars are going to update very quickly. It looks like you had just started the replay at 16:19 and the slowness was actually due to the replay getting everything in place and not having actually started all the processing yet. Then at 16:20 what you see is normal (or at least more normal). What is the Speed of your replay? To see like real-time, you need to have the replay speed set to 1.
