Hey team,
I live in Australia and my market data and sierra chart were working fine the morning 20 November 2024 till 11am. After which I closed my sierra chart using the option save and exit. Later when I came back and restarted the application and opened my chartbook, it isnt showing or downloading any data. The screen are stuck with the message that "Downloading Historical data. Bars may appear until done." I waited for an hour no change in the screen - no market data- it still shows the same.
I then downloaded the latest version and also went to EDIT> Translate Symbol to current services.
Its been another half an hour no change. No change.
