Greetings. I, like everyone, started the day with charts showing only end of day Thursday prices. I checked for payments due, services shut off, reloaded the software, still dead. I did check support and saw some message about data feed problems. I had access to an IQ data feed, which I have used on Sierra before I think. So, I thought I would reset to that feed and trade. Sierra charts still lists various data feeds choices in a drop down menu, and allows selection of IQfeed, perhaps setting the user name, but, no way to input the password to allow it to work. So it does not work. Only allowing Interactive Brokers as an alternate is not good enough. It is a pain to work with, leave it at that. Barchart, IQ feed, just enter user name, password, runs beautifully every time. Since the reality of life is routers die, cables get cut, stuff happens, please resume allowing other data feeds to function on your software. Once yours failed to function, I booted up my no cost Ninjatrader, with IQ feed, and could see prices, but I do not have the charts built out like in Sierra, so it was not as good, and upsetting. If you can put this feature back, please do so. |
