Resolved: Crown Castle Fiber's Field Operations Technician isolated the impairment to faulty jumper cable on our partner carrier's network. A new jumper cable was installed and services restored. The Crown Castle Fiber NOC observed all alarms cleared and services restored. A formal RFO will be shared with all impacted customers. What is interesting about this, is this was the issue, with our EUREX feed as well. A faulty jumper cable. The problem is, in the case of EUREX how does a fiber-optic jumper cable suddenly become faulty in the middle of the night in a secure data center. No one ever took responsibility for what happened.
