Latest: Crown Castle Fiber's Tier III Engineer reviewed the standing alarms and concluded an outside plant fiber issue still exists. The partner carrier's field crews continue to troubleshoot this outside plant fiber issue. A Crown Castle Fiber Field Operations Technician is in transit to our local office to provide additional support to our partner carrier and their field crews. The Crown Castle Fiber Field Operations Technician expects to reach our local office by 9:00pm, ET. Additional updates will be shared as they become available.
