We just talked with Cogent, we are going to get a 10 Gb connection, as a backup, over to the NY4 data center in New Jersey . This will be a diverse route through a different carrier. And will be a good backup for us. They say delivery time is 17 days. We are going to work hard to prioritize this and get it done. It does not mean the service is going to be down for 17 days. We expect Crown Castle, the current carrier to get this current outstanding issue resolved tonight. Latest: This has been classified as an outage and is being transitioned over to our Network Operation Center. Please know we still have people in the field and a NOC Engineer is now running with this. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear we have any re-route options at this time.
