This is too embarrassing to post but this is the latest we got from our fiber carrier: The team is still trouble shooting, so far they have found some flipped fibers. So is this the result, of the early morning maintenance that they did? They did not get the fiber connection splicing right? And once again we protested quite strongly, well in advance of all of this, that maintenance must only be done on a weekend. The response was "we'll see what we can do".
