Yes, I went through those instructions over and over. What is not apparent and I don't see in any documents is the following. For the Draw Profile Line Tool. If you set up a normal, non-custom, button to draw a volume profile, then use a Custom Drawing Tool button to draw a modified volume profile which only shows VWAP, for instance, this simply does not work. What you need to do,(correct me if I'm wrong) if you want 2 buttons to control a tool to do 2 different things, is to have 2 separate Custom Tool Buttons (not one normal button and one custom button). With 2 separate Custom Tool buttons configured, THEN I was able to have one custom button draw a traditional volume profile, and the other Custom Button draw the VWAP. If I'm correct, it would be beneficial to update the SC documentation. |
