From the video, if you are referring to the window on the left, that is not Sierra Chart. We do not see any spread information showing in the DOM on the right, which is Sierra Chart. And we do not think the most recent image you supplied is from Sierra Chart. If you do not want to use the suggestion given in Post #2, then another option would be to add the "Bid & Ask Prices" study to the chart/DOM and set the subgraphs Draw Style to be "Subgraph Name and Value Labels Only", then turn on the "Value Labels" and set them to display in the "Right Side Values Scale".
