In the video that person does not have the Market Depth data so the Best Bid and Best Ask are showing as the single values. You have the same thing with your current DOM, even though you have the full Market Depth, where the lowest priced Ask is the Best Ask and the highest priced Bid is the Best Bid (values of 3 and 4 respectively in the image you attached).
