It sounds like you are limited in how much historical data you can download. Therefore, you need to limit the amount of data that you are requesting and loading into your charts. Refer to the following setting, which you will want to set to a value around 5: Data/Trade Service Settings: Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings) We do not know how to resolve this.
