We do not see any error in your log regarding logging into Rithmic. So we are not sure what exactly you are asking about in that respect. But, you can not connect multiple times to the same account when using Sierra Chart. This is a limitation on the interface that Rithmic is using with Sierra Chart. We do need to point out a few items though. 1) You have the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" exchange active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed, but you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify your non-professional standing. Refer to the following for more information on this requirement: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Once you connect to your live account, your "Verified Until" date will show as 30 days in the future. As long as that date is in the future, you will be getting the real-time data.
