We really do not know. But if they are all not working now, then that at least makes sense, although it not what you want to hear. In the end, apparently there is something about the way the library network is setup that does not allow for the use of Sierra Chart. Most likely this is due to closing off ports except for the most basic ones. The thing to try is to connect from another public WiFi, such as at Starbucks, and see if you have a problem there as well.
