Separately, we see that you have the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" exchange active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. But your "Verified Until" date is showing as "0000-00-00", therefore you will NOT be getting the real-time data for the CME from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

In order to be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following:
