Hi,

First time using the support board and my english in not perfect, so sorry in advance.

I created a Topstep account and i'm having problems with it on Sierrachart.


I activated everything needed, CME Data, i signed all the agreements on Rithmic Pro.

I translated the symbol to current services, i chosed simulation trading mode off, all the credentials are correct, i have the conexion to the Data, however, i only can see the data on the daily chart.

On the other charts, inferior time frames, i dont have any data. i always receive an error saying "permission denied. click for symbol information" and "download failed. Error downloading historical intraday data for ESZ24-CME. Permission denied".

I did all the steps for the conexion with a person that knows a lot about sierrachart and he is also using a APEX account. It works for him, it works for a few other friends, but i can't make it work for me.

Can you help me with this please?
