If you are referring to the "File Compression Not Supported" error, then you can ignore these, as the system will deal with it even with the errors showing. But, if you want to not have these show up, then you would need to specifically turn off file compression. You do this by setting the following options to "No": Sierra Chart Server Settings: Use Real-Time Data Compression (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> General) Advanced Service Settings: Support Intraday and Market Depth Files Compression (Global Settings >> Advanced Service Settings >> Other) Advanced Service Settings: Disable Intraday and Market Depth File Compression if Enabled on the File (Global Settings >> Advanced Service Settings >> Other) -- Note that this error typically only occurs when you are running Sierra Chart on emulation software. If you are not running on emulation software, then we wonder if your Y: drive is an external device, or perhaps an area for backups or something along these lines. Due to the amount of data that Sierra Chart needs to move, we do not recommend using one of these kind of drives. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
