We do not think these things are related. It sounds like your Entry/Exit formulas have a dependency on having additional days of data loaded. You would need to look at your setup to determine why this would be the case. We are also not sure what you are referencing in terms of the "second bar". Are you only loading one day of data in your chart, so the actual second bar shown in the chart, or are you wanting to get a signal relative to the bar before the most current bar in the chart? As to the notice of "Buy Entry | Signal ignored because current Alert Condition is TRUE | Cell: K3" this is because a formula must go from False to True in order to be considered an actual signal. Staying True does not give a signal. The option for "Reset Formula on New Bar" forces a False state to exist when a new bar is started and then the formula is evaluated and if True, then it has gone from False to True which gives the correct signal.
