The Trade Service Log is only going to show errors with orders, such as rejections from the trading service. You do not need to look there for anything. Your Trade Activity Log is not showing the orders because you are in Simulation Mode and your Trade Activity Log is set to show "Non-Simulated" orders. You need to change that setting in order to determine what is occurring with the orders you are questioning.
