As noted above, when this occurs, it means you are not connected to your trading account. We are not familiar with "Getfundednow" or "MATCHTRADER". If MATCHTRADER is the order routing service they are using, then we can not connect to this. If they use Rithmic or CQG for their order routing, then you might be able to connect to that service (some services that use CQG do not allow for connectivity with Sierra Chart). You would need to check with these companies to see what they are using.
