It should not be occurring. The only thing we can think is what we mentioned previously, that perhaps you are out of drive space, so when it is trying to write the update the chartbook that is causing an issue. Another possibility is that you are sharing that chartbook with another instance. Sierra Chart is not setup to support this. Every instance needs to have its own 'Data' folder. And in combination with the above, another possibility is if you have the 'Data' folder being shared, or in a backup location, such as "Microsoft OneDrive". This should also not be used, as the backups can block the writing of data to that area and create problems.
