We never said the issue was with your local connection. The problem is with Rithmic. This is a typical thing we see. Lots of dropped connections. It does not matter where you are located. We think this is really a software issue on their end, so even if you were co-located with Rithmic with a direct connection to their servers, we think you would still have issues, but we can not prove this. We have let them know about this issue over and over.

As for the data feed, you are setup to get data to 1 computer at a time. So if you do have a second computer running and trying to connect to the data feed, then you will not get the data to that second computer. Refer to the following:
