So, I was trying to use sierra chart from a dedicated NinjatraderRemote server. Since this issue and your response, I have setup a local machine on a dedicated highspeed internet on ethernet cable. I am still having the same issue plus one more complain now about more than one connection to denali even though I am not logged on t sierra from dedicated NinjatraderRemote server. I do think that my local issue has been now ruled out unless denali is blocking me now due to 2nd installation of sierra. Any further help will be appreciated in trying to reach out to Rithmic because they have not responded to my request for help at all or ever to this date and I have had many issues with Rithmic since I started with Apex. I am sure there is a way for you or the team to ping them so that I can resume using my 20 accounts.
