Hello, I use 14 chartbooks. Yesterday one of them failed to open with this message: "The Chartbook file is not compatible. Contact Sierra Chart for help with converting it." Now today, another chartbook has the same issue, I cannot open it because it is "not compatible". All 14 chartbooks were created at the same time so I'm confused why this issue is happening only to some and not all. And unsure why it should happen yesterday and now again today. The instructions here (Chartbooks (Workspaces): Opening Older Chartbooks) are not applicable because the chartbooks are less than 1 year old. I have the latest version of Sierra Chart (2691 installed today, AFTER these issues started). I've restarted my computer. I have tried the chartbooks in a second instance of SC but this didn't solve the issue. I also created a duplicate of the chartbooks to see if they would open but no success. What is the cause of the problem? How do I fix it? How do I prevent it happening to my other 12 chartbooks? |
