What your Trade Service Log shows is that you are having connectivity issues with Rithmic. You are not getting a response from Rithmic.

There is nothing we can do about this. It is a known issue with Rithmic. It is something that Rithmic needs to resolve, as they own the code for the connectivity between Sierra Chart and Rithmic.
