You are getting your data from Rithmic. So the issue with connecting to a live trading account does not apply. That is only an issue if you get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group. We still see the same issue in the log. The frequent reconnections are an indication of a symbol that is causing Rithmic issues. Please make sure you check the Intraday File Update List and Symbol Alerts. These items are not associated with Chartbooks, so any bad symbols in these areas will cause an issue with a single chart.
