Although there is not a specific error in the log, we are seeing the disconnect and reconnect from Rithmic. This is exactly what we see when the problem with the symbols occurs.

Please do the following and see if you have a problem:
- Close all Chartbooks by selecting "File >> Close All Chartbooks
- Clear your Message Log by opening the Message Log (Window >> Message Log) and selecting "Edit >> Clear Log". You can close the Message Log if you like.
- Open a new chart by selecting "File >> Find Symbol" and entering the following symbol in the "Selected Symbol" field: "ESZ24.CME" (no quotes). And then select the "Open Intraday Chart" button.
- Select OK to close the "Find Symbol" window.

If you have a problem with this one chart, then please get us the message log by copying an pasting the information from the log as you have done previously.

If you do NOT have an issue with the one chart, then there is at least a single symbol that is not liked by Rithmic. You need to go through all the areas where these symbols could exist as specified in the following section:
