As you can see, there are many symbols that are not appropriate for Rithmic. If you have removed these, then that is good. Otherwise, these symbols are somewhere in your chartbook and you need to remove them (or update them to an appropriate Rithmic symbol). If the above is done and you still have an issue, then please get us another Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chartbook you have an issue with through "File >> Open Chartbook". Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
