You would need to look at the underlying data to see if there is missing information. Since you are getting the data from CQG, we wonder if one system may have had to download historical data, which may not have the bid/ask information and hence give a different Cumulative Delta. You can use the Numbers Bars to look at the underlying data for the Bid/Ask and see how those match up.
