you are trying to connect a Sub-Instance to a different trading service. You can not do this, as sub-instances are specifically tied to the main instance from which they were started and use the same trading service as setup in that main instance. You need to install a completely separate installation of Sierra Chart in order to have one connected to Interactive Brokers and the other one connected to Optimus Futures.
