We do not see any Stop order on the chart, so we are not understanding. In terms of the system stopping, there are any number of reasons why this could occur, particularly Internet connectivity. But if you did have a stop order that was not specifically a Client Side order, then that Stop should have been on the exchange and it would not matter if you had a connectivity issue at your local system. But you would need to check with your broker to ensure your Stop is server side.
