We tested this over the weekend, where we put on a Time Alert on Friday, shutdown Sierra Chart for the weekend and on Monday we received the proper time alert again. If they are working going forward, then our only suggestion is to be sure you are on the current version and enter new time alerts. If you do have a problem again, then let us know.
