We can not answer the question you are asking. If you are seeing a delay in your charts, then you may need to reduce the overall load. This does not make any sense to us, as the Stop Loss should have been on the exchange, unless you were using a specifically client-side Stop Loss. If the Stop is on the exchange, and did not do what you were expecting, then you need to check with your broker or the exchange, to find out what occurred with that order.
