You have the following exchanges active: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts - CBOT with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts So you do have all of the CME Group along with Market Depth for the CBOT. But the "CBOE Indices" is a completely different exchange not associated with the CME Group. In addition to the "CBOE Indices" we also have exchange option for EUREX, CFE (CBOE Futures Exchange), and U.S. Equities. To get the VIX Index, you would want to activate the exchange option for the "CBOE Indices".
