Make sure the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" is set to "1 Tick". If it is not, then it needs to be 1 tick in order to allow the "Large Volume Trade Indicator" to work correctly. If you do make a change to this setting, then be sure to select "OK" to close that window and then select "File >> Reconnect" and then select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You will need to redownload the data for each symbol in order to get the data stored at every tick. You just need to do this per symbol, not per chart.
