The Numbers Bars study does not have the option to display the numbers as a percentage of total volume. There is a "Dominant Side Volume Percent", but this is not what you are looking for. An option is to use the "Volume by Price" study and set the "Volume Graph Period Type" to be "Multiple Profiles Based on Bar Count" and set the "Number of Bars for 'Based on Bar Count'" to be "1". Then you can use either "Percent of Maximum Volume of Volume Bars" or "Percent of Total Volume" for the "Display Volume in Bars".
