The log is showing that there is something (a chart, or a quote board, or an Intraday File Update) that is requesting data for ETHJ24_FUT_CME. Somewhere, you have this symbol entered and it is causing a problem for Rithmic. You need to find where that symbol is entered and remove it. We do not know where it is coming from, just that it is requesting data from Rithmic, which makes Rithmic disconnect since they do not recognize the symbol.
