We do not know what chart it is. We just see a request for the symbol ETHJ24_FUT_CME, and that symbol is NOT a Rithmic symbol. We have no idea what you are referencing in terms of "fire". We do not know what that question is about. As we noted above, there are multiple places to look to see if symbols are setup and causing a request for data to be downloaded. You need to look through all the locations.
