Thank you so much for responding to my request, I have performed following steps " to access the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, and/or COMEX real-time data from one of the Sierra Chart Data Feeds at the reduced fees, it is necessary to set the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service in Sierra Chart to use one of the supported futures Trading services or just connect for 10 seconds once a month then back to SC Data-All Services (or the service for your Simulated trading account)." I have been using sierra chart since last 2 years and I have been following above approach once a month to quality as a non professional trader. I tried to do the same day before yesterday and since then I have not been able to get real time data. Can you please let me know what are the next steps and what could be the problem so I fix it for myself.
