The first thing we can tell you is that the symbols you are using in the instance that the above Message Log comes from are incorrect. You need to open your Chartbooks for that instance and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This will update the symbols to what is needed for Rithmic. But, apart from the above, if you are trying to connect to the same Rithmic account from multiple installations of Sierra Chart, then this will not work. The Rithmic interface for Sierra Chart does not allow for multiple connections at the same time.
