We are not able to reproduce what you are seeing. The Time and Sales windows are both showing the exact same data for us, so we do not see any reason why you would be seeing anything different. Attached is an image of what we see (we did change the colors and fonts, which is why it will look different from your windows). Please exit from Sierra Chart and restart using the "Forced Login" option. We want to ensure that your system is properly connecting to the data feed. Refer to the following for how to do this: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login Also, please check the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" and ensure this is set to "Yes". If it is not, then change it to "Yes", select OK to close that window and then select "File >> Reconnect".
