One of the problems you have is that you have activated the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts", but you have not connected your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account, therefore your "Verified Until" date is expired, as it is currently showing as "2024-09-02". Refer to the following for more information on the CME Group Non-Professional requirement:

Follow these instructions to connect to your live trading account at least once a month:

Once you have taken care of the above, then another option that might resolve the "Permission Denied" error is to remove the entries for the Username and Password for the Rithmic data on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" page.

Apart from this, there is no additional information we have on how to resolve the "Permission Denied" error. Again, that error is coming from Rithmic and they wrote the interface to Sierra Chart, so they are the only ones that can "fix" this. We have told them multiple times about this but they have not done anything.
