Hi John, I am getting the same error message. I contacted Apex trader, and they mentioned that my account shows "Active" from their end so it's all good. Can you please help me. I have performed all the steps that you mentioned in this thread already but no luck. I also tried to select "SC Data - All Services" to see if I am getting real time data, but with that option I am getting delayed data. Appreciate your time and help.
