With the chart active for the VX symbol, select "File >> Open Market Depth Window". Wait for 5 seconds to ensure the data fills in and then let us know if you are getting the Market Depth data showing in there. If you are, then you are getting the Market Depth data to your system. We can then troubleshoot from there.
