In order to display commissions on the Trade Activity Log, you need to select "Display Settings" and set the option for "Use Commission" to "Yes". In order to have the commissions showing in the Daily Profit/Loss on the Trade Window, you need to set the option for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading >> Use Symbol Commission Settings in Trade List and Statistics Calculations".
