Make sure there is no transparency enabled on any Chart Drawing anywhere or even with studies. And it does not matter whether a drawing is copied to another chart or not. The origin of it is 100% irrelevant. It could not have any relevancy at all. You could draw the same drawing in the same location directly on the destination chart and the result will be the same. A simple hollow rectangle drawing without transparency will use next to no CPU or GPU usage. Transparency does cause higher CPU usage.
